KS2
Years 3-6
Help children learn about financial risk and reward via a variety of games…
Developed by charity RedSTART and Inspiration Youth, Money Matters is an interactive financial education workshop designed to teach primary pupils key financial principles in a fun, game-based way.
Set up the four different activities throughout the classroom and explain that children can move between them as they like. Each station offers them the chance to grow their money – but watch out, some are much more effective than others! Once you’ve played the games, talk through the different learning points brought up by each one.
What they’ll Learn
- How to manage and grow their money
- Find out what lending at interest means
- Discover the difference between lending and giving
- Understand good things and dangerous things to do with money
Download contains Zip file containing:
