Located in Marble Arch, the UK’s largest immersive experience, FRAMELESS London, has recently launched a new artwork from French artist Odilon Redon and a new-look gallery with reimagined masterpieces. Don’t miss these five things to do at the experience on your next group visit…

1. Check out the new artwork The Cyclops, by Odilon Redon

Redon’s reimagined universe unfolds as monochromatic balloon eyes drift serenely through the sky. A colourful and vibrant world comes to life while the giant cyclops emerges from the mountain in a surreal whirl of movement.

In addition to The Cyclops, FRAMELESS unveils a collection of reimagined masterpieces from other visionaries such as Salvador Dali, Max Ernst, and Edvard Munch in a new-look gallery now open to the public.

2. Don’t miss the collaboration with artist Claire Luxton

“Right Before We Wake” is a new artist residency by British surrealist artist Claire Luxton, who will be taking over one of the gallery spaces in a thought-provoking show that invites students to consider what happens on the precipice of sleep.

3. Get the most of the venue’s teaching resources

FRAMELESS offers a number of tailored teaching resources and guides to help students reflect on their experience, engage with meaningful conversations, and develop their critical-thinking skills. A variety of questions and conversation points are included in these resources, suitable for different key stages.

Teachers and school group coordinators can choose from a selection of tour options, including Flexi Tours, where students can explore the galleries at their own pace; Guided Tours, which provide an enhanced experience with exclusive access while the galleries are closed to the public; and Relaxed Tours, designed for students with special educational needs.

5. Relax with your students at the Café Bar

Not far from the gift shop, the beautiful Café Bar at FRAMELESS offers a variety of delicious snacks and drinks with a nice seating area where groups can relax whilst waiting for those taking a bit longer to explore the galleries. It’s a comfortable and vibrant space that’s the perfect place to recharge before or after enjoying everything FRAMELESS has to offer.
