Objectives: We have created a set of 25 downloadable cards featuring objects of various sizes. Some of the objects are very small indeed, such as the width of DNA, while others are very very large, such as the distance from the Earth to the Andromeda galaxy.
Download our cards, cut them out and give to the class. We’ve included a blank set too if you wish to add your own objects.
Can your students place these in size order? What knowledge can they use to place them?
Contents: • 1x relative size downloadable activity cards • Relative size – answer key
