This worksheet features seven CVC words, each missing an ‘a’.
Children need to write the ‘a’ in for each, to practise their letter formation, then draw a line from each words to the matching picture.
Jelly and Bean’s reading scheme follows the phonic progression of the UK government’s Letters and Sounds, including the introduction of the first 100 high-frequency words, followed by the next 200 words also. Download more of its resources here or on its website at jellyandbean.co.uk.
