Cobnor Activities Centre

What will students see and do?

The Cobnor Activities Centre is located in Chichester, near to the Solent and English Channel. It’s about 45 minutes east of Southampton and just under two hours south of London.

For kids, the following activities are on offer:

– sailing
– canoeing
– kayaking
– raft building
– cycling
– archery
– low ropes
– climbing wall
– aeroball
– bush craft
– beachcombing

These are just some of the adventure activities on offer, and all will teach pupils valuable skills such as teamwork and problem-solving, while boosting their self-confidence. Students will bond with their classmates while working on skills that can be used in the real world.

Pupils will need to communicate in order to build rafts; work together to steer kayaks in the right direction and stay afloat; work as a team in order to sail a boat in the water.

Kids bunk in cabins or tents, providing an opportunity for classes to bond over the course of a multi-day trip. Best of all, kids can enjoy time on a beautiful lake in an area recognised for its outstanding natural beauty.
