The LearnED Education in Action conferences are one-day events featuring active learning designed to empower senior leaders of schools and multi-academy trusts.
They include hands-on masterclasses, conversations with education colleagues, leaders and suppliers, and actionable strategies to improve school outcomes.
1. A choice of masterclasses
As well as expert talks and networking opportunities, attendees can choose from a range of practical masterclasses to tailor their day, covering topics such as student success, digital tools, supporting staff, and much more.
These sessions provide purposeful CPD that you can apply to your own primary or secondary setting to make informed, evidence-based decisions.

2. Discover strategies for digital growth
In today’s educational landscape, leaders are increasingly focused on enhancing their operations and strategically planning for future growth. The dynamic nature of the digital environment underscores the importance of establishing a robust digital strategy that can accommodate your growth aspirations.
To help your future planning, Al Kingsley, chair of trustees at Hampton Academies Trust and author (My School and Multi-Academy Trust Growth Guide) will deliver an expert talk on the role of emerging technologies like AI and the Metaverse in developing growth strategies, while providing useful checklists for evaluating the effectiveness of EdTech solutions within your educational institutions.
3. Connect with school leaders
The conferences are teacher-led collaborative events where you will hear real-life success stories from leaders of schools and MATs in your local community and receive practical peer-to-peer support.
There will be plenty of opportunities to learn directly from others about their experiences in school leadership and management, helping you to explore pressing challenges and consider new opportunities.
“LearnED 2024: Education in Action will give you practical suggestions and meaningful ideas that can be implemented straight away to improve your outcomes.”
