‘You may have noticed that QR codes are cropping up everywhere at the moment. The advertising industry in particular is fond of using these small, black and white squares to provide curious consumers with extra information. There’s nothing stopping you and the children from creating your own QR codes. There are many free online generators that are easy to use. Just type in a message and it will be converted into a QR code that can be printed out on paper – or perhaps sticky labels. Use these to link to supporting resources or correct answers.’
