Tech for Teachers is Technology & Innovation’s industry award scheme -
because what matters in education, is what works.
Established to recognise and celebrate technological developments that are having a genuine, positive impact in classrooms throughout the country, Tech for Teachers offers a chance for manufacturers and suppliers to shine a spotlight on their most effective and innovative products and resources for teaching and learning in Key Stages 3 and 4.
Entries are invited across seven, curriculum-linked categories, and - in order that as wide a range of submissions as possible can be considered - are absolutely free. Our winners will be chosen by an expert panel of teachers, leaders, consultants and writers with direct experience of the secondary sector.
Perhaps you’ve designed an app that can help young people build a better vocabulary in a foreign language; or maybe you have a hands-on kit that is getting the next generation excited about the possibilities of STEM? Or it could be that you are able to offer teachers a way to save precious time - whatever it is, if it works, we want to hear about it!ENTER HERE
Putting yourself in the running for a Tech for Teachers Award couldn’t be easier - simply nominate the product or resource you’d like to enter. It’s completely free of charge, meaning a level playing field right across the sector; whether you’re an industry giant or an innovative start-up, it’s the quality of what you have to offer educators that will count.
Fill in the form on this website for each product / resource / publication you wish to enter.
Five finalists will be shortlisted for each category for assessment by our judging panel.
Our judges will select three winners, awarding five-, four- and three-star prizes.
You will find a full list of categories on this website. You may find that a product or resource is suited to more than one category; in this case, simply choose the one you feel is most appropriate.
(We reserve the right to move entries to alternative categories based upon the information provided during the nominations process.)
The nominations period will open on 10 July 2017 and close on 10 October 2017.
Entries for the Tech for Teachers Awards are invited in curriculum-linked categories. If you feel that a product or resource is suited to more than one category, simply choose the one you feel is most appropriate - we welcome multiple entries from manufacturers / suppliers, but please do not enter the same product or resource in multiple categories.
