Trigger debates and encourage students to connect their arguments to scientific evidence of the causes of air pollution and the technology that it is hoped will help us to make the air cleaner for everyone to breathe.
Key curriculum links include parts of the KS4 chemistry program of study such as common atmospheric pollutants including oxides of nitrogen, particulates and their sources, and of the KS4 physics program of study such as renewable and nonrenewable energy sources used on Earth and changes in how these are used.
