This blending consonants worksheet has five images of words that feature a consonant followed by an ‘l’.
Each word is written out with one letter missing, and students need to correctly use the letters ‘p’, ‘u’, ‘l’, ‘o’ and ‘a’ to spell out the words in full.
Jelly and Bean’s reading scheme follows the phonic progression of the UK government’s Letters and Sounds, including the introduction of the first 100 high-frequency words, followed by the next 200 words also. Download more of its resources here or on its website at jellyandbean.co.uk.
