To plan organise and manage a central calendar of events for the Teaching School Hub and associated Red Kite Learning Trust business strands including the Red Kite Alliance, Red Kite Teacher Training, Yorkshire Leadership Community, Curriculum Hub and Red Kite Learning Trust. Key aspects including coordinating venues, rooming and catering needs, facilitating the bookings, and supporting the actual events for both facilitators and attendees.
Good general education
Minimum of GCSE Grade C English and Maths or equivalent
Experience of planning and organising events with clear understanding of what is required, marketing or promoting events, high level working knowledge of MS Office or equivalent, with proven administrative skills
Able to prioritise and plan to ensure completion of tasks, working with high levels of accuracy, independence and initiative.
Understanding of education environment
Able to travel to events across the region to meet and greet candidates
Working collaboratively with different teams and external agencies,
