Teaching Personnel are always keen to hear from Newly-Qualified Teachers who are needing support with that first step after their studies into the career of teaching. We work with thousands of NQT's across the UK, supporting them after their studies to gain experience in a variety of schools on a tuition, supply or long-term basis. This is the perfect opportunity for NQT's to trial different schools and find a school which suits them best.
WE recognise that the Covid-19 Pandemic would have left you not finishing your placements and unsure of what to do next. During this difficult and uncertain period, we are introducing specialist training and resources for NQT's in partnership with our client schools to get you prepared for your first role to start in September.
I work with Good and Outstanding Ofsted Secondary Schools in the Bedford area who are always keen to hear and trial NQT's, supporting them with their in-house CPD and Teaching Personnel's own CPD Academy. This would be paid experience where we can help find the best school for you which may potentially lead to a permanent role at the end of it!
