Smile Education is working in partnership with a popular primary school situated in Hall Green that is seeking an experienced and hardworking primary teacher to begin in January 2020. The school is looking to appoint on a part-time basis (3 days per week). The position will be in KS2 as a Intervention Teacher.

The successful candidates will have a proven track record of success within the classroom and will also possess the drive to raise attainment within the year group while contributing knowledge and expertise school wide.

In turn, the school offers a friendly and hardworking environment where working towards a common goal is paramount. There is a supportive staff base and focused senior leadership team at hand to support all staff. Children at the school behave well and work hard to challenge themselves and engage well in their lessons.

What you'll need to apply for the Primary Teacher position?

Experience teaching in KS1 or KS2 in the UK.
QTS - Achieved through a PGCE, Bachelor of Education, GTP or equivalent.
An up-to-date DBS, ideally registered with the update service.
Two teaching related references from your last two employers.
Experience planning, preparing and delivering intervention lessons.
