We are hoping for an imaginative and directed Graduate MFL Teaching Assistant who possesses a strong ambition to teach. It is essential for you to possess the ability to motivate others with ease and the ability to engage your pupils through learning.
About the Graduate MFL Teaching Assistant Role
In this Graduate MFL Teaching Assistant post you will be supporting, teaching and learning in the department that matches your degree subject. With the different needs and requirements throughout your area, you will be utilised in varying roles as and when needed. Through the mentorship of an experienced class teacher, who has ample experience both as a teacher and mentor, you will receive all the support you could need. Being a member of this MFL department is a great privilege and leads to some outstanding teaching. In general, you will be working hard from day one to develop and improve your teaching, you will be able to draw on the advice and input of a dedicated mentor who will be an experienced member of the existing teaching staff. Your duties will include moving towards the ends of the ability spectrum, leading small groups for challenging or very able pupils.
