As a Teaching Assistant at this school no two days will be the same. Apart from you working from the SEN department, the school have also said they will try and keep you working within the department you wish to become a teacher. Your main duties will include in class support to students across all key stages. There will be occasions when you work with smaller groups of students, and on an individual basis as and when needed.
