Title: Teaching Assistant with Autism Specialism required for a local Primary School in Early Years.
Introduction: Monarch Education are recruiting an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work with an identified pupil with Autism.
The school is looking for somebody who will have a confident approach and will be committed to that pupil's progress and inclusion. The right candidate will be motivational and respond to the needs of the pupil while ensuring they learn, are engaged and motivated. The successful applicant will have patience and experience using positive behaviour management to motivate and focus pupils.
This role is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, efficient, welcoming team. The school is an inclusive Primary School where the school atmosphere is warm and welcoming. They have a growing SEN Team who are all passionate about their roles and the pupils that they support within the school.
