What will students see and do?

Caldecotte Xperience has many exciting adventure activities for students – some indoors and some outdoors. Caldecotte Xperience will work with you to tailor a learning experience based on your group’s needs and abilities.

At the centre, students will learn to test themselves and discover what capabilities they have. This will be a unique and personal learning experience for each student.

Available activities for your programme are;
– Abseiling
– Archery
– Bouldering
– Bushcraft and camp craft
– Caving
– Climbing
– High ropes and Jacob’s Ladder
– Fencing
– Low ropes
– Orienteering
– Paddlesports
– Problem-solving
– Raft building
– River studies
– Sailing
– Zorbing

These activities are fun and exciting, but also require active physical involvement. You can work directly with the centre to determine what activities are appropriate for your group’s abilities and backgrounds.

Caldecotte Xperience has some of the best accessible outdoor disability activities. Individual accessible experiences such as speciality bikes and wheelyboats are perfect for young people with high dependency needs. Groups and individuals can also benefit from longer programmes. The centre has adapted craft and hoists to allow those with additional needs to take part in almost all activities that are offered.
