You’ll have instant access to our award-winning online trip organiser and travel app, ‘My Tour Manager’, which gives you an overview of your school trip information and helps keep you on track with admin.

You’ll be able to download free templates for your risk assessments, access your trip paperwork and personalised tour checklist details, what you need to do and by when – all online and in one place.

Whilst away, you’ll have access to your travel documents, contact numbers and local information, including a map of the area with your hotel and visits pinpointed for you.

4 Learning Outside the Classroom (LOTC) accreditation

We understand the importance of safety. We’re accredited by the Council for Learning Outside the Classroom, which is the only form of national accreditation that recognises both safety and learning, and carries out robust risk assessments.

This gives you peace of mind that all the elements of your trip will have been carefully checked on your behalf – a view supported by the DfE’s recent recommendations on selecting a travel provider.

Our experienced and knowledgeable team will also work closely with you to ensure your trip meets your curriculum requirements.

5 Our commitment to sustainability

As a tour operator with a commitment to sustainability and environmentally-responsible educational travel, we’re delighted to be partnering with Carbon Footprint to offset carbon emissions, reduce deforestation and provide wildlife habitats.

For every trip taken with us, a Maya nut tree will be planted in Peru to support reforestation efforts, provide benefits to local communities and support forest biodiversity.

To guarantee carbon emission reductions, we’ve also pledged to offset an additional tonne of CO2 through the Portel-Para reducing deforestation project in the Brazilian Amazon.
