The Reading Realm is a brand-new education iPad app for children, teachers and parents. Its purpose is to promote reading for pleasure, encourage children to widen their reading choices and provide a range of open-ended discussion guides and prompts to foster authentic, passionate book talk.
Each passage comes with a set of open-ended questions and prompts for children to discuss. There are also fun interactive games, allowing children to explore grammar, spelling and wordplay in context.
This five-star-rated app is perfect for class teachers who may wish to develop their teaching of whole-class reading or guided reading.
