The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position have a PGCE with QTS.
It is expected that you will be an outstanding teacher with a proven track record of working with children with a wide range of special educational needs, including those with complex autism. You will be instrumental in developing foundation skills such as, communication, understanding and empathy whilst providing an environment that fosters a Growth Mindset.
This school provides meaningful learning experiences which children to be able to actively engage with the world around them. It demands that children and adults love learning and encourages pupils to be curious, thoughtful, and resilient learners. Relationships are strong, not only through SLT but also across the community, with a clear and shared purpose across the school.
To be considered for the Teaching position, you will need as a minimum:
A PGCE with QTS.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Be able to adapt to different routines daily.
Have experience of the national curriculum, phonics, and an educational setting.
Be flexible and creative when supporting teaching.
Be able to work between the hours of 8:30 until 12:00 Mon-Fri.
