Here at Teaching Personnel we support Teachers, Cover Supervisors & Teaching Assistants in securing work, whether that be for Day-to-day/ short term supply work, long term assignments & Permanent positions. Teaching Personnel has a fantastic presence across the county, with a number of schools using Teaching Personnel exclusively and historically for a number of years.
Experience and Requirements:
Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an NQT with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of Education - previous experience in similar roles preferred
Available between Monday-Friday for work – hours between 08:30 – 15:30
To be confident in building good working relationships with both pupils and adults
Great organisational skills in and out the classroom
Creativity is key
Passion for working with children
Strong literacy and numeracy skills
Ability to manage groups of pupils and deal with sometimes challenging behaviour
Patience and a sense of humour
