Hello Education are currently supporting a superb local school based in Hull to recruit an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant
The role is to start after half term and will initially run up until Christmas but will be reviewed again after that for the right person
The role will see you responsible for supporting students with severe and multiple complex special needs on a 1:1 basis
There are two roles available and the school is happy to be flexible around days for the right people
To be considered you will:
Have a passion for supporting students from an academic, social and emotional perspective
Have experience working with children with special educational needs
Have an excellent understanding of varying special educational needs and the associated challenges
A Team-Teach qualification/manual handling or MAPA qualification is highly desirable but not essential
Have a nurturing, caring, empathetic and composed personality
