The Role - SEN Teacher
I am working with a PRU and we are recruiting a confident, enthusiastic SEN Teacher. As a SEN Teacher you will be based in a PRU, teaching small groups of around 5 - 8 children. you will have experience teaching children with complex needs, severe learning difficulties, ASD, Severe Challenging Behaviour and PMLD this experience could be in a PRU or a SEN School. The ideal SEN Teacher will be able to plan, prepare and deliver lessons according to each student's ability.
The PRU - SEN Teacher
This PRU provides education to children who are no longer in mainstream school. They cater for children with ASD, PMLD, Severe Learning Difficulties and Challenging Behaviour ages 11 - 16 years old. Staff in this PRU have a clear ethos passionately believe in giving young people every opportunity to learn and succeed in this friendly PRU.
