Protocol Education (East Midlands Office) are seeking a qualified and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to work with a leading school in a multi-school teaching alliance located in the Hinckley area.
This role is best suited to a hardworking, enthusiastic and empathetic individual with a confident and understanding approach to supporting young people within their educational needs. This role involves working with a variety of different special needs and disabilities including ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties) and PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties).
The role is to commence ASAP and the position is until February 2022 Half-Term, with potential to be permanent from then onwards with the school.
The role involves working with SEND pupils on 1:1 and small group basis across Key Stage 3 & 4. It is a great opportunity for the right individual looking to work within a special needs environment and help learners mental, physical, social and academic development.
